Downloads require a validated account

To keep releases secure and support tied to a real account, the installer isn't offered as an anonymous download. Instead:

Register with your email — this is the same account used for billing, licenses, and support.

Validate your account

Log in successfully to confirm your account is active.

Open the Downloads tab in the client portal

Once logged in, go to Downloads in the client portal sidebar to get the installer link for the Free edition.

Prefer the command line?

Install directly on your server with one command. It detects your OS (AlmaLinux/Rocky/RHEL 8-10 or Ubuntu 22.04+), pulls the Free edition release from our public GitHub repository, and runs the matching installer automatically — no manual steps.
